This past Earth Day, the Rotary Club of St. Thomas East ECO invited the community to join for an environmental movie night!
Earth Day is a time to protect and cherish the natural world and all who inhabit it. This April 22nd, we celebrated Earth Day with a meaningful evening centered on environmental sustainability. Rotary Club members gathered with the community for a movie screening of Feeding Tomorrow, an inspiring documentary that explores today's agricultural system and the hope for a more regenerative, resilient and just future. The film highlighted how regenerative agriculture can help restore soil health, support biodiversity, help address climate change and promote our health. The event sparked thoughtful discussion and inspired attendees to reflect on the role we all play in caring for our planet.
